Leg8cy Project CIC · music as the way in

This is what five years looks like.

Young people on the decks. Communities in the room. Creativity as the route into support — and no one facing it alone.

One base camp. Three ways in.

Two community interest companies and a high-street café — Scott's plan is to bring them under one roof: a Cheshire HQ where music, support and a warm welcome live in the same building.

Music & Media

Leg8cy Project CIC

A national social enterprise using music, media and creativity to reach people the usual services miss — DJ and production training, podcasting, creative workshops and mentoring. Its Leg8cy SOS idea is a human-led bridge to support: technology opens the door, people help you through it.

The Base Camp

The Green Room — Wellness Café

The physical home. A café front with a research-and-recovery back room, coming to Crewe town centre — the base camp that ties the music, the support and the community together. Cheshire East £30K capital scheme in flight.

Why Social Legacy exists

Not a charity. A neighbour.

Most community work starts with a grant and tries to fit people in. Scott Glover started with the people — and the funding has been catching up ever since.

Diagnosed with ADHD, autism and dyslexia, Scott found his own way through in music. Everything here is him handing that same door to everyone else.

Five years in. 900 people reached. 47 video stories. 66 surveys filled out before there was even a website to fill them on. The community keeps showing up because Scott keeps showing up.

— The neighbours, 2026

Real voices. Real stories.

Not testimonials written by an agency — video stories from the people inside the work, in their own words. A sample below; the full 47+ live on the Track Record.

Every clip is consent-coded. We never publish a story without the storyteller's documented OK.

Filled the survey before? Fill it again.

Last time we asked you, 66 of you replied. We're running it again — same questions, fresh year. Funders use this data. Communities use this data. Tell us how it's going.

The work gets noticed.

Scott took Leg8cy's message — that music and creativity can be a real route into mental-health support — to people who can move the needle. Fiona Bruce MP sat down with him to hear it firsthand.

  • Fiona Bruce MP met Scott to discuss the therapeutic power of music and Leg8cy's plan for creative hubs across the UK.
  • A whole-of-society suicide-prevention message carried into the Suicide & Self-Harm Prevention APPG at the House of Commons — alongside allies at Jordan Legacy.
  • Domestic-violence and substance-misuse organisations are now coming to Social Legacy to partner.
