One national database — for the children still alive.
Sarah's Law. Clare's Law. Milly's Law. Every one of them arrived after a child had already died. Eva's Law is different — it's about children being harmed right now. A national safeguarding database and proactive disclosure, so no more are missed.
Why we walk
This is a walk about parental alienation by the state — children separated from a safe parent, and families left without the disclosure that could protect them.
Over thirteen days, the team walks 193 miles from Alsager in Cheshire to Parliament Square in London. It's a slow, deliberate journey — one that mirrors how long families wait for the system to listen. We set off on 8 August and arrive at Parliament on Friday 21 August at 12pm.
The ask is simple and national: one safeguarding database, with proactive disclosure, so that a child at risk is seen before harm is done — not remembered afterwards. Every signature on petition #767595 is a name behind that ask.
